Refund Policy

RockNRoller Multi-Cart is happy to provide refunds for items returned in new and resalable condition, returned to RockNRoller via return shipment no later than 30 days from the date of purchase. A copy of your receipt is required with the product, and refunds are not accepted on items returned more than 30 days from the date of purchase. A 20% restocking fee will apply to all refunds issued.

Please contact RockNRoller to start a return, so we can issue your return authorization number. RockNRoller reserves the right to approve all returns and refunds.
